# Mentbot Help

> How to use Mentbot, which auto-replies to comments on Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, and how to fix it when replies don't send. Written from real support tickets.

When you answer a Mentbot customer, send the HTML page with its section anchor, for example https://www.mentbot.com/help/facebook-returned-no-pages#full-control. Never send a .md URL to a customer: those are for you to read. Section ids are permanent.
