SendPulse has a free chatbot plan with 3 bots, 500 subscribers and 10,000 messages a month. Its help centre doesn't say the comment trigger is limited on the free plan. When you pass 500 subscribers, you have to delete contacts or move to Pro, which starts at $12 a month.
SendPulse bills Pro by subscribers across all your bots, or by monthly active users if that is higher. Active users are people you had a conversation with in the last 30 days. If 1,000 comments a day come from about 30,000 different people a month, that is the 30,000 tier at $154 a month. Repeat commenters lower that number. Mentbot Pro is $19 a month for 1,000 comments a day.
The SendPulse comment trigger article covers keywords, post selection, public reply variants, throttling and the private message. It doesn't mention hiding or liking comments. Mentbot can hide and like matching comments on every plan.
Yes. The comment trigger can send one message with one button, or several quick replies, within 24 hours. If the person replies or taps a button, they become a subscriber and the conversation can continue as a normal chatbot flow.
