PostJelly auto-replies to comments on Facebook Page posts, publicly or by private Messenger message, based on keyword rules. It describes itself as an add-on for ManyChat or Chatfuel users, not a chatbot builder. Paid plans are billed monthly and limited by Pages, posts and replies sent per month.
You reply on dark posts (unpublished ad posts) or Facebook Live videos.
You already run ManyChat or Chatfuel and want comment replies as a small add-on.
You need more than 5,000 replies a day: Agency covers 250,000 a month (≈8,333/day) for $71.99.
You want a button inside the private message, or a free plan for 1 Page.
Choose Mentbot if
Your volume is 100 to 3,000 comments a day: Mentbot is $9 to $29 a month, PostJelly is $11.99 to $71.99.
You run more than 3 Pages on a small budget: every Mentbot plan has unlimited Pages.
You want matching comments hidden automatically, not only replied to.
You want a Telegram alert when a customer message sits unread.
How to switch to Mentbot
In PostJelly, note each campaign: which posts it covers, its keywords, and its public and private replies.
Start a Mentbot 14-day free trial and connect the same Facebook Pages.
Create one Mentbot rule per campaign. Choose all posts or the same specific posts, then add the keywords. If a campaign used a regex, write out the keywords it matched.
Add the public reply variants and the Messenger message, and upload any reply images again.
Test on one post, then turn off the PostJelly campaign so a comment doesn't get two replies.
