What happens when I pass 3,000 contacts on Chatrace?
The Chatrace pricing page lists Pro for up to 3,000 contacts and asks you to contact them if you expect more. No price above 3,000 contacts is published. If each comment brings a new contact, 100 comments a day reaches 3,000 in about a month.
Can Chatrace send a private Messenger message to people who comment?
Yes. Its comment automation sends a public reply with random variations and a private reply, which can be a flow, a product or plain text. You can trigger on all comments, exact matches or keywords, on all posts or specific posts.
Is Chatrace priced per Facebook Page?
Chatrace prices per account (chatbot) at $39 a month each, and you can create unlimited accounts. One account can have many channels, but the pricing page doesn't say whether one account can hold more than one Facebook Page. Mentbot includes unlimited Pages on every plan.
